The dietary baking dish for steam

cooking functions

The dish consists of a glass bowl, a lid

with a hole for the injector tube (C) and a

steel grill to put at the bottom of the

baking dish.

"C" is the injector tube for steam cooking,

"D" is the injector for direct steam

cooking.

• Do not put the hot baking dish on

cold / wet surfaces.

• Do not put cold liquids in the baking

dish when it is hot.
