Heat retention setting

To keep food warm.

Drying/Thawing

For thawing frozen food.

Thawing

Set the oven function. When thawing meat,

fish and glazed or filled baked products, the

thermostat knob should be at zero.

Grids and plates can be placed at

different levels if there is a lot to thaw.

Timing can not be precise, so it is always a

good idea to check with a probe.
